I’m disappointed there isn’t a bigger cult around this movie, which I really like.

This and Soapdish should have way bigger followings. Why does the cult-film-community-groupmind hate Kevin Kline? (I don’t like Soapdish that much really, it just seems to be "cult-y")

I never liked the weird fish-furry of "Wanda" on the poster. She doesn’t look like that in the movie (she’s white with black stripes… and not 6 feet tall with arms). Looks like a character from Fish Police.

Ninety-six pages of full-color illustrated laughs and semi-true information written and drawn by me (and some other people: Dan Telfer, Sarah Wilkes, Silvija Ozols, Will Hines + more, but mostly me). This, inexplicably, is the first “official” Mad Men publication ever. It’s also the first Mad Men book that doesn’t have a red/black/white cover.

This is not a collection of web illustrations (I wish it was, that would have been so easy for me!)... it’s mostly new material. With words. I can make up a percentage right now. 85% new, I’ll say. It contains NO SPOILERS for Season 4, if you’re waiting for the DVD.

So, to fill the gap I’ve found Would I Lie to You, which actually may be almost as good as QI in terms of being funny as you’re guaranteed David Mitchell every episode and guaranteed Rob Brydon for every episode after the first 2 seasons. (And Lee Mack is pretty good, too)

There also are no British politicians taking up guest spots, instead it is frequently cast members of Eastenders which is as inscrutable as British politics.

Episode picked at random, as I watched all of the episodes one after another and they all kind of flow together making it hard for me to pick out a “best” episode to post here. It has Richard E. Grant in it because… why not?
